Employment Appeals Tribunal

This is a semi-legal forum that hears disputes over individual entitlements under legislation including dismissal, notice, payments, maternity entitlements, and Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977-1993.

It also hears appeals from Rights Commissioners under certain legislation. It is made up of an independent chairperson, vice chairpersons as well as employer and worker nominees.
